Terms of Service

1. Production & Shipping: All items are "made to order" in the UK. Please allow 1-3 business days for production, followed by 2-4 business days for Royal Mail delivery.

2. Returns & Refunds: Because our products are custom-printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for "change of mind". However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo, and we will send a free replacement immediately.

3. Customs/VAT: Good news! Since we ship from within the UK, British customers will NOT be charged any import duties.
