Good news! All our physical products (mugs, canvas, tote bags) are proudly printed and shipped from within the UK. This means your order arrives quickly via Royal Mail and you will NOT be charged any import duties or customs fees.
Since every item is made to order just for you, please allow 1–3 working days for production. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 working days via Royal Mail. In total, most customers receive their lovely items within a week of ordering.
Please contact us immediately! We process orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you message us within 2 hours of placing your order, we can usually correct the details. However, once production has started, we are unable to make changes.
Yes, we are committed to sustainability. Our printing partners use plastic-free packaging wherever possible. Mugs are shipped in smash-proof cardboard boxes, and art prints are sent in reinforced recycled card envelopes or tubes.
Because our products are custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for "change of mind". However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please send us a photo within 48 hours, and we will send a free replacement immediately. No need to return the broken item!
We use PayPal to process all transactions securely. You can pay using your PayPal balance, or if you don't have an account, you can easily pay with any major credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via the PayPal Guest Checkout option. All transactions are encrypted and protected for your peace of mind.
